I Do Believe in Fairies video

I little promo video I did... {tee hee}

Fairies are from Olalla, Belfair, Port Orchard, Idaho Falls and even Utah! 

Fairy Photography in Port Orchard, WA

With this session, I wanted to play around a little to see how back lighting and sun flare would look with my style of fairy portraits.  They do make beautiful images, but the sparkle, orbs and butterflies are harder to see.   A photo session could definitely be mixed with both styles. 

Mom and Daughter Fairy Photo Session in Idaho Falls

Perhaps momma fairy is more suited for a Snow White stylized session than a fairy, reguardless, she would be stunning either way.

Mom fairies have to give their daughters watering lessons, wand lessons and how to fulfill fairy duties like spreading pixie dust and healing frogs.  They had a magical time.

Fairies in Idaho Falls!

Kaylin, the cute little pink flower fairy, was a tropper for this shoot.  We were teased with a week of fantastically warm temperatures, only to have it turn little chilly for the rest of the days of my stay in Idaho Falls, ID. 

This session proves that fairy portraits are very possible outside of our beautiful mossy green Pacific Northwest.  Kaylin was able to kiss a frog all better, spread some pixie dust and get the latest news from the butterflies.  All in a day's work for a fairy.

Gibbons Fairies

With this shoot learned that I am really out of shape. ;)

Kara, the baby was PERFECT, Marian was adorable and Alessa was just beautiful.

The Pacific Northwest had got to be the most amazing location for fairy pictures.  It's hard replicate the spreading and dripping moss on the trees and the toadstools on the tree stumps in a studio.  The only hindrance is all the blasted rain.  Well, the rain and overcast skies actually contribute to the beautiful moss.  Hmmm.

This has an oil painting effect that looks great on canvas.
